1st Line Support/Service Desk Analysts are you immediately available? We need you for a fully remote short term engagement where you will support an enterprise scale business as it adopts group wide change.
You’ll join a busy team who currently deal with all IT Support calls for the entire UK based estate, circa 1500 users.
You will take full call ownership from logging the support calls that come into the helpdesk, to working with users to resolve IT issues and offer a fix where appropriate.
You’ll have lots of user interaction in the role, so we’d really need interpersonal skills and be extremely customer service focused to help.
You will be dealing with users over the phone and logging their calls onto helpdesk systems. You will also be experienced in dealing with a variety of IT problems and ensuring that they are resolved to their customer’s satisfaction.

Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with users of all levels as well as a number of 3rd Party Suppliers.
