2nd Line Support Analyst
Our client is urgently looking for an experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
Please note, this is a hybrid position with 3 days per week in the office in Portsmouth.
You will provide 2nd Line and 3rd Line support for complex technical issues, as well as managing relationships with 3rd party providers for infrastructure elements. You will need to have strong communication skills to be a success in this role. Our client is going through a period of change, with new core systems being implemented including D365!
