What You’ll Do:

• Innovative AI Strategies: You will work closely with the app development teams and stakeholders to develop cutting-edge AI-driven user experience strategies.
• Evaluate and embed AI into our apps User Experience: You will lead the integration of diverse AI technologies into the member user experience. You will ensure seamless integration while guaranteeing Authentic connections and kind interactions.
• Understand, propose and prioritise the development of Bumble Inc internal AI foundational capabilities for leveraging proprietary data and infrastructure while building next gen user experiences
• Managerial Leadership: You will lead, manage and inspire a talented team, including data scientists and engineers. Foster a collaborative environment, driving innovation and achieving outstanding results.

About You

• Technical Excellence: You have a good understanding of machine learning development and delivery life cycles with hands-on experience delivering AI-driven user experiences at scale.
• You have a strong grasp of the emerging generative AI landscape, especially how to utilise and/or fine-tune them to a specific context/use case.
• Leadership and Management Skills: You have strong managerial capabilities, enabling you to lead, manage and inspire a diverse team of technical experts. You foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, foster delivery excellence, and encourage innovation and creativity.
• User-centric Mindset: You have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences by leveraging AI technologies. You prioritise trust, safety, and respect in user interactions, ensuring seamless integration and biases-free.
• Data Driven Approach: You utilize data in every step of a project, from opportunity exploration to experiments setting, until continuous monitoring and improvements stages
• Continuous Learning: You have a proactive attitude towards staying up-to-date with the latest AI industry standards and solutions.
