Area Manager Skincare London Up to 70,000 + Bonus

Zachary Daniels have partnered exclusively with a global skincare brand now seeking an Area Manager to join the team in London.

This Area Manager role will work closely with their retail teams to drive revenue, control costs and drive profitability for their business. You will coach and develop your management team to run their business efficiently and effectively, and identify and maximise any sales opportunities.

What we are looking for in our new Area Manager:

• 5+ years in a managerial / area level role within beauty, wellness or jewellery
• Demonstrable experience in driving sales and profitability, with a strong understanding of retail and service sales metrics.
• Strong track record of managing performance against KPIs and business objectives
• Proven experience in managing employee relations
• Ability to work with training managers and HR teams to ensure training aligns with business goals.
• Strong hands-on coaching skills to drive sales and customer retention.
• Results driven
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Train and develop your team through coaching / mentoring

As our new Area Manager, you will be a strong hands-on people manager that is truly passionate about driving results through people. This is a hybrid role, allowing for 1 day home working day, and the rest of the week field based.

In return offering a basic salary of up to 70,000, plus Bonus, travel paid, pension and so much more
