IN2Consult are working with a UK based hospitality company who are on the lookout for an Assistant Finance Analyst to join their team. This is a permanent role with very good progression opportunities. To be successful, you will need to have an excellent grasp of numbers & a naturally analytical mind. Additionally, you will need to be a clear & conscience communicator who isn’t afraid of speaking with senior managers & team members to ensure you are completing work to a high standard. This is a permanent role with opportunities to progress into other commercial areas of finance. For the right candidate, they can pay up to £35,000 pa & offers two days of remote working per week as well as other benefits, such as study support.

Responsibilities –

• Detailed financial analysis and presentation of financial information to support decision making.
• Producing weekly and monthly reporting on opportunities to be used by senior staff members.
• A push on improvement of processes.
• Perform information validations.
• Ownership of timely and accurate completion of recording on all new data sets.
• Highlighting and minimising key business risks from the balance sheet.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing for efficient cost control.
• Ad-hoc analysis and presentation of complex financial information in response to senior management requests.
• Working closely with the senior management teams to help drive business performance and high- quality financial information.
• Identify and drive financial efficiency ensuring the correct allocation of resource.
• Provide objective challenge to the business performance and plans.
• Provide forward looking insight utilising experience of the past and using financial and business skills.
• Support business adherence to the group financial governance processes.
