As a member of the A2R Team within GFO, you’ll be a key part of A2R team delivering the system requirements and working closely “with the team to deliver both the operational and strategic objectives of the department.

What you’ll do:

• Support preparation of the month end timetable ensuring system activities are published in line with key business processes

• Complete all set up tasks ahead of initial loads; copy historical rates; check journal types;” enter FX rates;” forms updated;” open period

• Support SAP to Controller load and reconciliation (Starts WD-6; ends WD1)

• Monitor missing profit centres and manage to resolution (Starts WD-6; ends WD-3)

• Secondary support on SAP Period End processes

• Receive and investigate user issues raised on SysAid tickets triaged by Service Desk and allocated to GFO. Focus will be on:
  – Data;” is issue a result of missing or incorrect use of Master Data
  – Process;” review the detailed end to end process across all systems
  – User;” has the individual user done something wrong

• Where an issue has been identified , liaise with user and resolve

• Where no issue has been identified , liaise with Group ERP and escalate ticket as system issue

• Support on Master Data Maintenace to include set up of SAP Profit Centres, Costs Centres, GL Accounts, Trading Partners, Transaction Types, Hierarchies in SAP & Controller for PD Codes & RID’s

• Extract Data in a format for inclusion on the GPO sharepoint site

• Perform and document controls

• Liase with auditors, respond to requests and submit evidence

What you’ll bring:

• Strong knowledge of P2P Processes and Systems – SAP Ariba and/or Open Text VIM within large corporate organisations operating in multiple countries

• Proficient in MS Office (strong Excel skills)

• Experience of Stakeholder Management

• Strong Communication and analytical skills including root cause analysis
