An automotive component manufacturer with sites across the UK and Europe require a Bill of Materials Manager to ensure the accurate alignment between Engineering BOM, PDM database system and CAD models. The ideal candidate will have a background in Product Engineering with extensive experience in managing the bill of materials and change management.

Commutable from: Redditch, Coventry, Birmingham, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Leamington Spa, Worcester, Kidderminster, Stourbridge

Package: 58,000 – 60,000 p.a. +Car allowance +Enhanced Pension + Family Bupa

Please note: This is a site-based role without the option of hybrid working

Suitable for: Senior BOM Analyst, BOM Manager, Change Manager, Change Management Engineer

The Role

Reporting into the Engineering Manager you will have the following duties:

-Managing a team of BOM Engineers.
-Ensuring accurate Bill of Materials are created by the team.
-Lead the audit of Engineering BOMs.
-Facilitate Change Management meetings.

The Person

Educated to degree level, you will have the following experience:

-Preferably, experience in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
– The ideal candidate will come from a Product Engineering background
-Experience of various internal systems such as ERP/MRP
-Leadership skills are essential.
