Calibration Technician – Hertfordshire – Pharmaceutical – Permanent

Are you a Calibration Maestro? We’re on the hunt for a dedicated professional who’s passionate about ensuring the highest standards in instrumentation calibration. If you’re all about precision, quality, and continuous improvement, this is the role you’ve been waiting for!

Key Responsibilities:

• Regularly calibrate utility, process, and laboratory instruments, ensuring peak performance at all times.
• Experience with a wide range of equipment, from pressure and temperature sensors to UV, pH, conductivity, and more.
• Replace, repair, and set up a diverse array of instruments.
• calibration data, spot adverse trends, and highlight any failures.
• Support the installation, commissioning, and development of state-of-the-art pharmaceutical equipment.
• Maintain meticulous records, both electronic and manual, ensuring every detail is captured.
• Uphold the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Practice documentation in all tasks.
• Champion continuous improvement in engineering processes through knowledge, innovation, and teamwork.
• Ensure parts and equipment meet the stringent quality standards of the pharmaceutical and GMP environment.

Education and Experience

• 3 Years experience working on Controls and Instrumentation.
• Knowledge of Calibration
• Desirable experience working within a GMP environment.
• HNC qualified
