We are seeking a Change and Business Improvement (C&BI) Manager to join our central team of transformation professionals. This role is pivotal in driving our ambitious change agenda, aligned with our ten-year strategy.
As a C&BI Manager, you will bring expertise in business architecture, analysis, digital design, operational improvement, and business change. You will play a key role in designing and implementing both major digital and business transformation initiatives, as well as smaller-scale projects. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in designing integrated operating models (encompassing people, processes, and technology) and leading the delivery of end-to-end operational processes.

You will collaborate with Digital, Data, and Technology professionals, as well as subject matter experts from various divisions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive significant changes across the business, enhancing our regulatory effectiveness, operational efficiency, and the experiences of both the public and our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of new operating models and review existing practices.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to develop service and process catalogues.
• Drive organizational transformations and improvements in ways of working.
• Develop and implement Target Operating Models.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and requirements gathering.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Expertise in organizational design, process mapping, and improvement.
• Experience with Target Operating Models and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics is desirable.
• Background in business change and transformation, particularly in end-to-end process design.

Note: We are not seeking project managers for this role. Candidates with senior Business Analyst or Business Architecture experience are preferred. Regulatory experience or experience in implementing change within operations is advantageous.
