Job Purpose:
We arelooking for an exceptional Commercial Director with a successful track recordof creating, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, manging complexsales cycles, and are excited by the opportunity to drive AllBright Collective’commercial growth internationally.
You willlead the commercial entity of the business, including all B2B and B2C sales:including AllBright Alliance (enterprise solution), AllBright Partnerships(marketing solutions), International Sales, Digital Sales and Club MembershipSales.
In thisexciting role, you will have the opportunity to shape the development and leadthe implementation of commercial strategies according to company goals andobjectives aiming to accelerate growth for the business. You will be data andcustomer obsessed, conducting market research to create detailed business planson commercial opportunities.
Responsible for the entire sales cycle including from lead generation campaigns to partnership implementation, you will needto have the ability to oversee both B2B and B2C and develop a clearunderstanding of the customer needs to ensure they are met.
The successful candidate will need to be highlyconfident representingAllBright within the industry, show high emotionalintelligence and possess great people skills. This is a hands-on role, as wellas managing internal and external resources in support of the role. In addition, the Commercial Director will work withagencies, our industry community, with the goal of establishing mutuallybeneficial relationships.
Forming part of the Senior Leadership team, youwill work closely with the CEO to execute a growth strategy that delivers onour revenue targets. Liaising with decision makers and senior leaders at other organizations,you will be highly sociable, confident and a commercially minded communicator. Determinationand great organisational skills to open doors with new partners and keep thosedoors open is essential.
Strongcommunication skills are needed to collaborate and inspire other Heads ofDepartments.
You will have knowledge of B2B and B2C salesprocesses and understand the importance of managing and nurturing leads througha sales funnel.
