Working in collaboration with the Quality Manager, your role will involve spearheading the creation and nurturing of a resilient culture of continuous improvement across the entire site.

This will encompass implementing strategies, processes, and initiatives aimed at fostering ongoing enhancements in operational efficiency, quality, and overall performance. Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement improvement activities, methodologies, and tools to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
• Analyse current manufacturing processes and support areas for improvement.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
• Utilize improvement i.e. Six Sigma principles and methodologies to streamline operations and optimize resource utilization.
• Conduct data analysis, root cause analysis, and performance tracking to measure the effectiveness of improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organisational requirements.
• Create a user-friendly library of related documents.
• Drive the standardisation of processes and implementation standard practices.
• Work proactively with managers to evaluate current documentation or processes and develop innovative methods for improvement.
