About Us:
GTS are partnered with a leading Rail company who are seeking a Contract Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist to optimize workforce planning, scheduling, and performance for an initial 6-month contract.

Role Overview:
As the WFM Specialist, you’ll manage workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and performance analysis. You’ll ensure optimal resource allocation, track productivity, and collaborate with teams to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Forecast and plan workforce needs to ensure adequate coverage.
• Develop and manage scheduling strategies.
• Analyze data to improve workforce performance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Management teams.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in workforce management (preferably within Rail).
• Proficiency in WFM tools and software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
