Contracts Coordinator/Administrator
I am recruiting for a Contracts Coordinator/Administrator to work with a bespoke contractor in Worcestershire
The role is to manage incoming calls from customers/clients and arrange for Maintenance Engineers to go to the property/site and carry out any maintenance/repair works
Support the Site Teams with administration-led tasks
Updating internal database
Collating certifications and uploading them to the CRM system
Communication, attention to detail, and excellent administration skills are required as you will be the key liaison between the Sales, Projects, and Production Teams.
