The Role:

• Provide timely and effective support to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and assist in continuous product improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.

The Person:

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Background in Customer Service
• Relevant education in automotive engineering or motorsport engineering
• Full clean UK driving license.
