Data Engineer / Data Analyst – SC Clearance Preferable Full Time

Duration – 6 months

Rate – Up to £650 daily (inside IR35)

Live SC Clearance is prefferable

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our Programme to further develop and improve our Data Platform. Our Platform is a Data Warehouse using Azure SQL cloud. You will need to be technically experienced and have drive to challenge our requirements and to improve the way the programme retrieves, process and manages data.

The Programme requires an experienced Data Analyst / Engineer who can develop & enhance a Data Platform/Warehouse on the Azure cloud. The ideal candidate will be expected to build complex reports hosted in the Data Warehouse, complete data analysis and develop code in Azure Data Factory and Power Automate, Power BI and Power Apps.

The successful candidate must be adept at working with small to medium sized sets of complex data and who has previously had to work with a variety of stakeholders to source, analyse, manage and report on data pertaining to a variety of key business entities.

This is a technical/engineering role, but the ideal candidate will also have a blend of people facing and stakeholder management skills.

Must be able to demonstrate strong technical proficiency in:

• Experienced with SQL Server and Data Warehousing.
• Basic Data Modelling and Design.
• Basic DBA skills.
• Report development in Power BI.
• Interface Design and Development.
• Power App and Power Automate development.
• Azure Data Factory.
• Service Now experience an advantage.
• Code version control via GitHub or similar would be an advantage.
• CI/CD experience would be an advantage.
