The Opportunity:

The Data Quality Analyst will conduct quality reviews and liaise with relevant business function leads to ensure data are sufficient to provide accurate and compliant reports.

The role is vital to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and transparency aspects of relevant Codes of Practice for a global pharmaceutical client based in Holborn, Central London.

The role is responsible for ensuring that high quality (i.e. accurate and complete) data is captured from the internal ERP systems and passed through to the transparency reporting system.

Skills and Experience:

• Background in financial systems/processes, either via Finance, IT or Data Analytics managing data flows from data sources for reporting purposes
• Familiarity with industry standards e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 8601, etc.)
• Advanced use of MS Office, with an emphasis on MS Excel (and/or SharePoint)
• Previous experience working in a regulated environment (ideally with an understanding of pharmaceutical industry activities and compliance regulations) is an advantage
