Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Salary: 40,000 – 45,000 per annum

Location: Dual location of Reading and Bagshot

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and drive paid media planning and optimisation and agency partners
• Actively identify growth opportunities on new paid channels
• Oversee the production on creative content and campaigns
• Manage the day-to-day operations of affiliate programmes ensuring coherence on company policies and branding
• Analyse performance metrics to highlight areas for continuous improvement
• Weekly and monthly reporting to dive into data and present to internal stakeholders
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to enhance our digital marketing efforts

Skills and Experience:

• Media strategy experience within a direct-to-consumer environment
• Digital marketing expertise including paid social, UX and multi-channel campaigns
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to oversee multiple projects at one time
• Experience reporting to board level
