This is a great opportunity to work with a well-known Retailer and manage multiple product work streams across the likes of Supply chain optimization, CLTV, Loyalty, Marketing/Advertisement efficiency and more. Within this role, you will be the main POC to identify problem statements, working closely with key stakeholders, and rolling out top-level technical solutions from Analytics, AI and Engineering.

Within the business, the product department works within pods for each product created, meaning as the Director, Product Management you will be managing multiple pods and products at a time. Setting all outcomes and key metrics for success.

Key Requirements:

• Proven and prior experience as a Technical Product Manager in the past and now managing large teams of Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Designers and more.
• Must have Consumer industry knowledge from the likes of Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesale, CPG etc.
• You must be a sophisticated communicator with a senior leadership presence. With this role you will be required to influence and manage expectations where needed when it comes to limitations and innovation so this is vital.
• Experience managing products across web platforms, mobile applications, supply chain operations and marketing analytics initiatives successfully.
• A deeper customer knowledge and understanding to ensure the technology behind the products are aligned to the customer experience, improving revenue and decreasing business cost to the best of your ability.
