The Director, Product Marketing will join a best-in-class Product Marketing team as a strategic leader, drive go-to-market strategy across our platform, position Beamery effectively in the market, serve as a key spokesperson externally with customers, analysts and at industry events, and arm our sales team with the materials they need to win deals.
Passionate about aligning product capabilities with customer business needs, this role will drive go-to-market efforts across the Beamery platform and develop messaging, collateral, and content that can be leveraged by sales, marketing and CXO.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering measurable results, managing complex, multi-channel GTM programs, and building strong cross-functional relationships internally and driving results with customers – both at the practitioner and executive levels.
What you will be doing at Beamery
Competitive Intelligence-be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned. Deliver a program to keep competitor intelligence up-to-date, informing strategic positioning for our key verticals and territories. Develop competitive benchmarks and content to effectively differentiate us in the market.
Messaging- analyze and understand customer needs to create differentiated positioning, value-based messaging and sales tools.
Positioning- Develop clear, compelling product positioning and value propositions based on pain points and business objectives that resonate with customers and prospects
Sales alignment-Understand and support our sales channels; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it. Own the Win/Loss program.
Own go-to-market strategies for new products and drive the creation of collateral, website updates, blog posts, launch videos, and other assets that support product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.
GTM execution-Gather information from customers, sales team, customer success, and industry experts to shape product development and drive go-to-market execution
Sales enablement Perform sales training to ensure field effectiveness in positioning and selling Beamery products
Craft compelling marketing collateral across all channels in support of our key verticals and ABM strategy, acting as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including online and offline speaking engagements and written works.
Support PR and analyst relations with industry expertise, market direction insight and key product messaging.
Support Partner marketing and enablement with product and industry expertise to gain insights into our buyers’ behaviors and key buying criteria to support expansion efforts.
Performance Metrics:
Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for Beamery’s strategic product capabilities
Drive an improvement in product feature adoption through refined positioning and updated messaging
Influence product development by effectively communicating market insights and customer feedback to the EPD leadership and team
Evangelize Beamery’s platform at industry events and with “thought leadership” content resulting in increased brand awareness
Support the product marketing team to consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
What we’re looking f or
Extensive product marketing experience with proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing (HCM experience is a plus)
Proven experience in delivering measurable results, managing complex, platform, multi-product GTM programs
Solid Product Marketing experience having worked at a senior level in enterprise software product marketing teams
Experience communicating to a global market
Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity.
Broad analytical skills to source relevant information that informs and validates product positioning and messaging
Proven storytelling skills with the ability to enable others to deliver memorable product and category creation narratives
Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams; comprehensive project management skills with the ability to manage competing deliverables and timelines for self and extended team
We are paying a base salary of upto £175,000, which includes bonus based on experience plus equity.
