PRI Association
Job Description The Director of Events will be responsible for developing and delivering the vision for PRI’s global and regional in-person and online events, all designed to bring together signatories, the broader investment industry, policy makers, academics and the media to collaborate to drive the responsible investment agenda forward.
The role will build on PRI’s existing global programme of events, including continuing to develop and evolve the PRI’s flagship annual conference, PRI In-Person, which currently hosts 1000+ attendees over three days with several side events and parallel and adjacent events. In addition, in line with a stronger focus on convening local ecosystems, the post-holder will be responsible for growing the PRI’s global events offering by rolling out a series of high-profile regional conferences/events (in-person and online), driving new and innovative ways of convening signatories and stakeholders.
The director will also be responsible for providing direction, coaching and support to the Events team, as well as managing team budgets. The job will require strong programme management to coordinate and communicate the progress of the suite of events, and extensive internal communication and collaboration to deliver.
