Monday to Friday – 40 hour week flexible
35,000 + overtime

Job Role:
As a facilities Maintenance Engineer, you will be tasked for carrying out internal and external site maintenance and small building repairs. Ensuring the building is kept safe and DIY projects are managed in a safe manner. This role offers a flexible working pattern!
Typical Duties will involve:

• Gas and Plumbing repairs / servicing
• Company fixtures and fittings
• Small project support and DIY repairs
• Maintain the buildings (Internally and externally)
• Assist with the supervision of contractors
• Booking in and out of spares

Desirable experience

• F Gas and Level 2 city and guilds / Level 3 preferred
• Effective communication skills
• PC Literate including MS Office
• Plumbing skills
• 1 or more years’ experience within a manufacturing/engineering environment
• Basic DIY skills, stud walls, plastering etc
