Day to day duties and expectations
Call takingQueue managementGood time keeping (scheduled adherence)To deliver outstanding service by understanding users’ IT and business needsTo provide centralised advice and support to customers in line with contractual arrangements.Flexible working approach due to working hours.Be able to deal with upset users from all levels of the businessProvide a single point of contact for usersDevelop and maintain rapport with end usersAble to differentiate between numerous customer applications.
Skills/experience required in detailActive SC clearance mandatoryGood communication skillsAble to use active listening skills to know what users are askingProven customer service skillsPositive, enthusiastic and supportiveAbility to work under pressureEffective keyboard skillsAbility to take ownership of incidents and resolutionsBe able to talk and typeGood troubleshooting/ problem-solving skillsIT knowledge-Microsoft products; Word, Excel and Outlook.
