The Company:
A well-established commodity trader operating on a global scale who pride themselves in being the world-leader in their field.
Main Duties:
Working as part of a global team, you will be responsible for analysing, developing and recording business insight in order to support and optimise the development of business processes and projects.
The Role:
– Spending time with supplier/origins to analyse and understand their business
– Build relationships with external teams to facilitate integration into a current project run by the business
– Conduct research on processes and compare differences to the global market
– Develop a course of action to improve conversion of data, quality and coverage with the focus on complying with EU regulations
– Prepare training materials for stakeholders
– Working with internal teams ensuring projects align with business requirements
– To make recommendations, proposals and methods to the team
– Provide updates and risks associated with projects
The Candidate:
– Fluent in either French or Spanish
– Degree in either Business management or equivalent
– Min 2 years experience as a business analyst needed
– Background in commodities / supply chain / trade required
– Analytical mindset with the ability to write reports
– Excellent communication skills
– Confident, dynamic and ability to work independently
– IT literate
– Ability to travel 40% of the time
