An exciting and rare opportunity has come up for a general manager, with a production background to join a well established luxury business in its Midlands based design studio. This role will see you work directly with the owner and an experienced cross functional team.

As a general manager you will have previous experience within production management, ideally from a premium to luxury background. You will be well versed with the production and product life cycle; able to manage process and stream line processes. You will have solid factory experience, and understand costings and margins.

To be successful in this position you will have been a production manager currently, or previously within the fashion industry. You will be methodical, with a strong work ethic. You will have excellent communication skills, and be able to confidently work with the owner.

This is a great role for someone really looking to have autonomy in a senior position. You will be part of a growing luxury brand, and in return there is a great basic salary. The design studio is set in a lovely location in the Midlands.
