This leading casual dining restaurant brand is looking for a general manager to manage their site in Edinburgh. They’re an important part of the community creating a great experience for both employees and consumers. As the general manager, you will be responsible for the performance of the restaurant and team.

Coming from a hospitality background, you will be an existing general manager who has strong people development skills , commercial acumen & communication skills. Alternatively, you could be an assistant/deputy manager on the cusp of developing into a general manager.

The role is offering a salary of £38,000 for the right candidate. This is partnered with a performance related bonus and benefits package. Some of the benefits include enhanced maternity, paternity & adoption pay, cycle to work scheme and discounts across a variety of brands.
