CPS Group are pleased to be working exclusively with a Long-term client of ours that is looking for a Graduate Application Support Analyst to join their growing Swansea office.

Our client’s software is globally renowned and has won numerous awards for their utilisiation of business intelligence within their Web application.

Working within a dedicated application support team as the successful Graduate Application Support Analyst you will undertake a challenging and interesting role that will offer a broad introduction to application support and the running of the department.

To be considered for the role you will need the following skills and experience:

– Good knowledge of SQL and how it is used.
– A small amount of IT service desk / helpdesk support experience would be beneficial, but
not essential
– A passion and interest in technology
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
– Degree educated or equivalent commercial experience
– Organised with time management skills
– Proven administration skills and attention to detail

The successful Graduate Application Support Analyst will be offered a starting salary of 25,000 + exceptional benefits. This role will be based in our clients Swansea office.
