Ideal candidates will have have recently graduated with a Supply Chain or relevant degree

Role responsibilities of the Supplier Performance Controller include:

• Measure and analyst supplier performance
• Review and adjust performance metrics under guidance and maintain data accuracy
• Manage supplier continuous improvement action plans
• Participate in the supplier selection process for new products and capacity expansion
• Support supplier crisis management
• Structure and lead supplier development plans

Person Specification of the Supplier Performance Controller:

• Has a supply chain (or relative) qualification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Salary

Up to 35k
