As the Head of Change – Place, you will lead a diverse team comprising project managers, business analysts, service designers, benefits analysts, and PMO support officers. You will also be part of a wider, matrix-managed team that draws in colleagues from the service areas to form multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
The Digital & Change team is at the heart of Haringey’s commitment to delivering efficient, citizen-centric services. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a senior change role, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex environments, manage project teams and workloads, and deliver tangible results. Your strategic mindset, coupled with a hands-on approach, will be key to shaping the future of change and transformation in Haringey.
Experience in stakeholder engagement and a collaborative approach are essential. You should possess a deep understanding of the latest product management and program management trends and an understanding of the areas of housing and place.
