What you will do

• Oversee and conduct consultancy projects to help clients scale experimentation programmes
• Manage client relations and project execution, working alongside our founder and directors
• Develop and refine our consultancy approach, enhancing production values and establishing repeatable frameworks and processes
• Oversee and guide the strategic development of our core, full-service accounts
• Work with the programme managers to ensure our strategic methodologies are implemented effectively
• Transform our agency methodologies into high-quality thought leadership content
• Plan and oversee the production of content for sales and marketing, ensuring it aligns with our agency’s ethos and service offerings
• Oversee partnership strategies, proposition development, and align operational growth with our overarching philosophies

Requirements

• You have proven experience working in a similar role and business
• You have a strong strategic mindset
• You have strong commercial experience and have a flair for creating high-value products and content
• You have exceptional project management and organisational skills
• You have excellent client relationship skills and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
• Minimum 5 years experience in an experimentation role or related fields
