The Role
As a Head of FP&A, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Working as a part of our Mission Systems business unit, which is an internal sector within the Babcock International Group. Working on a range of exciting design, manufacture and support projects, Mission Systems works with a number of key clients domestically and internationally.
Day to day, you’ll be reporting to the CFO and leading a team of accountants and reporting analysts to ensure management information is collected and reported in an accurate, timely and meaningful way; providing senior management with the data and tools to support key decision making for the business:
This role is a full-time position, contracted at 37 hours a week and will be based at our Bristol site, with hybrid working from home arrangements.
Agile working may be available to employees in some instances, applying the principles of fairness and consistency whilst ensuring that the overriding business needs can be appropriately met.
