Job Description

As the Head of Supply at Fixter, you will be spearheading our efforts of working with Supply ranging from Garages which are core to our Fixter offering to new types of supply like Bodyshops. You’ll be working with the team to refine and adapt our pitch to these various types of supply across the UK and France and looking for opportunities for where we need more. You’ll be responsible for devising the strategies to drive the best engagement with our network. It’s a role where you’ll work closely with our Marketing and Product teams as well as our Operational teams in order to drive the best results for the business. Your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Own the plans and strategies for increasing our supply and managing our network of existing garages,
• Develop our tiered approach to managing our network of garages to ensure we have the best engagement amongst our Garages,
• Ensure that our network contains the best quality garages,
• Evangelise Fixter to our supply partners,
• Work collaboratively across teams – including Engineering, Product and Marketing,
• Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key supply partners both externally and internally,
• Manage a team of business developers and account managers,
• Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting to show performance of our supply efforts for use in operational reviews, marketing planning and strategic decision-making,
• Establish and refine the inbound lead requirements needed to meet our supply objectives.

Qualifications

Suitable applicants should have/be:

• Based in London or Paris. We work Tuesday – Thursday together in our offices
• 7+ years of relevant Garage Industry experience
• Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Strong leadership and team building skills
