Head of Performance SEO & Social – Altrincham – (Up to £52,500 OTE)

The Candidate are representing a leading digital marketing agency who are searching for a Head of Performance SEO & Social professional to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will have a background in SEO (on-page, off-page and technical) and organic and paid social.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who wants to develop their team members and implement SEO and paid social strategies. The agency offers a range of benefits including flexible working, regular paid socials and they even have an onsite bar!

Main responsibilities of the Head of Performance SEO & Social:

• Make improvements to products and processes to maximise efficiency and profitability
• Explore new sales channels for business profitability
• Work cohesively with the SEO and Social teams
• Line management of Managers and Account Managers – undertaking training of internal teams and provide support and expertise with their work
• Work in line with gross profit margin and AP processes
• Plan and develop SEO, paid and organic social strategies

Key skills & attributes of the Head of Performance SEO & Social:

• Ideally from an agency background but open to seeing inhouse candidates
• Hands on and strategic experience in SEO and paid social
• Previous line management experience is essential
• A great understanding of other digital channels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
