The Role: The Head of Solutions Engineering of the Americas Theater is responsible for shaping the Solutions Engineering strategy, developing technical infrastructure, designing process improvements, leading cross-functional collaboration, driving team leadership, and executing solutions engineering initiatives for our Americas organization. Reporting to our Chief Sales Officer, you’ll lead the commercial and technical strategy for Solution Engineering in AMER, focusing on technical sales strategies, deal progression, and effective alignment of customer needs with our intelligent integration solutions. You’ll work with teams across the GTM organization to drive growth and ensure a smooth and successful customer experience. You’ll engage directly with strategic clients and work closely with Professional Services to provide technical validations and proof of value. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams, translating customer and prospect feedback into actionable insights for future product roadmaps. You have a proactive approach, a solid technical and strategic mindset, an open and positive communication style, and the ability to provide coaching, support, and development opportunities to a highly technical, tenured, and motivated Solutions Engineering team.
