For example, theTechnology Simplificationworkstream focus on the elimination of technical debt and standardisation of enterprise solutions. Reduce consumption of enterprise services (e.g. data storage) and integrate isolated business areas.

This role is part of our TechnologyChange Management team.The team ensures we deliver anexcellent colleague experience across all of our projects.

This role will focus on Information & Cyber Security projects. This is ahands-on role, working in detailwith technical colleaguesto deliver projects. The role requires a passion for colleague experience, deep knowledge of Information Security products + processes and experience of delivering them globally at pace and scale.

The Role

Our Technology Transformation comprises 25+ projects that we will be delivering incrementally and in parallel. Our projects will impact and benefit all our colleagues across 140 countries.

The role will be responsible for being the Change Manager for a portfolio of projects, and to develop content for colleague engagement.

• Ensure an excellent colleague / user experience when new technology projects are rolled out
• Immerse in the detail of technical projects to quickly understand the diverse experience stakeholders will have
• Perform change impact assessments, identify risks, shape and execute mitigating actions
• Partner with project managers and business analysts to develop change & communication plans.
• Challenge and influence project teams to ensure they are considering the colleague experience throughout the project. Challenge the status quo on ways of traditional working.
• Ensure a robust approach for establishing business and client change requirements, acceptance into production and delivery of efficient well documented changes to or implementation of new operational processes. Includes tracking and realisation of benefits in line.
• Work hands-on with the project and impacted end user teams and digital champions to ensure that they are prepared to adopt the new technology covering such areas as communications, marketing, training, hypercare and adoption into business processes.
• Work with business project sponsors to ensure that WTW internal operational process changes are followed to realize the benefits of the business change

The Requirements

Essential skills/experience

• Relevant experience in similar global roles, size, scale and with technology element
• Demonstrable knowledge of Information & Cyber Security processes and technologies.
• Extensive experience of engaging colleagues in Information & Cyber Security projects and managing the end-to-end change process for them
• A broad understanding of industry wide Information & Cyber Security trends and innovations
• Ability to understand Information & Cyber Security implications / benefits of wider Technology products / projects. Ability to articulate this for colleagues.
• Proven experience of owning and driving the change & communications agenda in a thorough, diligent, professional way
• Ability to manage a range of stakeholders required to input to change & communications planning and delivery
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, busy and pressurised environment
• Ability to build “agile” plans, and ensure that deadlines are set, agreed and met – whilst working in a virtual global environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects. Ability to quickly pick up new projects, take a pragmatic approach to deliver change management outcomes and inject pace in projects
• Eye for detail, strong analytical skills and structured approach
• A passion and track record for ensuring an excellent colleague / user experience when new technology projects are rolled out
• Creative out of the box thinking to shape engaging materials
• Experience in shaping campaigns leveraging different communications channels
• Skilled across tools to create engaging content in different media types (videos, presentations, Sway, Intranet sites, newsletters etc.)
• Experience of the end-to-end change management lifecycle, including operational & business readiness activities and go-live/post preparation
• Operates with a growth mindset. Takes a positive approach and maintains focus on delivering results. Invites and learns from feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills using a variety of tools
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively within a team and support other team members
• Confident, proactive, energetic with solid influencing skill.

Desirable

• Knowledge of Microsoft Cyber Security products and / or Cloud-based ICS technologies products
• Degree or equivalent in related subject
• Experience creating websites tailored to end user experience
• Ability to use agile practices like 30, 60 and 90 deliverables, using daily stand-ups to drive output
