Infrastructure Analyst/Engineer (SC Cleared) – 6 Month Contract – Inside IR35 – Hybrid (Wokingham)

Our client is a leading energy organization committed to innovation and excellence in the industry. They seek an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join their dynamic team.

The client is offering a 6-month contract with the view to extension for over 12 months.

The ideal candidate will provide 2nd/3rd line technical support to our server estate, focusing on VMware virtualization and Citrix environments. This position requires SC clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• MUST BE HOLDING ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support to the server estate.
• Manage and maintain VMware virtualization environments, including different versions of Esxi hosts and vSphere.
• Deploy and manage new or updated applications and operating systems.
• Manage and deploy applications in a Citrix VDA environment.
• Design, build, and maintain VMware infrastructure
• Deploy and manage virtual machines (VMs).

What your will Ideally Bring:

• Strong experience in managing Windows desktop builds.
• Proficiency with application packaging technologies such as MSI.
• Desirable experience with software deployment technologies, especially SCCM.
• Knowledge of Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop is highly desirable.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: Wokingham/Hybrid
• Day Rate: Up to £350 Per Day (Inside IR35)
