Investment Analyst/Junior Associate Full Time

We are working with a global alternative investment firm who are looking to expand their Direct Lending team. The successful candidate will have at least a year of experience within Leveraged Finance, M&A or Private Credit.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing fundamental credit analysis which includes reviewing IMs,commercial due diligence reports, andbroker reports on public competitors.
• Assisting, where appropriate, with new deal origination efforts.
• Assessinglegal structuresand terms.
• Ongoing p ortfolio management and monitoring of existing investments.
• Assistingwith investor relationship management.

Successful candidates will have:

• Excellent educational background from a top academic institution.
• At least one year of experience within banking (Leveraged Finance, M&A) or Private Credit.
• Demonstrable fundamental credit analysis ability.
• Ability to keep to a timetable and deliver timely and accurate work product.
• Commercial with ahighly analytical mindset.
• Fluent in English. Other European languages are advantageous.
