IT Business Change Manager – Legal Sector/Marketing/CRM – Global Full Time

Outstanding opportunity to join this global enterprise and famous brand within the magic circle of the legal sector. This role sits in Business Change within the IT Technology Services function and supports the delivery of technology change into the Practice Groups and the Support Functions, in this case Marketing. Specifically, it is focused on the change management activities associated with the implementation of a new CRM system from a communication and behavioral perspective (not technical).

The is a strategic and transformation focused position to ensure resistance to change is overcome and the product is utilised fully in a Partnership setting.

You ll require the following skills and experience:

• Experience delivering change in projects focused on CRM implementation/migration
• Senior stakeholder management experience within global corporations
• Prior career history in Business Change as a Business Analyst or Project Manager
• Experience delivering Business Change for a variety of technology products
• Experience with the development and delivery of change impact assessments and change plans, evaluating results and presenting findings in a logical and easy to understand manner
• Experience undertaking stakeholder assessments to provide visibility and buy-in of the change
• Experience establishing and coordinating engagement with the change network across the Practice Groups and Support Functions, equipping this group with know-how and empowering them through additional support and training
• Experience establishing and managing feedback and knowledge mechanisms, collating feedback from front-line users
• Demonstrable experience applying the Prosci ADKAR Model or equivalent framework

£75k-£90k. London & 60% remote. 12 month fixed term contract
