IT support and Data Integration Analyst Full Time

Are you an IT operational support or platform support specialist with an interest and background in data and integration? Are you a techy with an eye for detail who provides technical service excellence completing tickets?

If you have experience in IT support with outstanding customer services, communication, relationship building skills with background in data and experience in a regulated environment like financial services we want to hear from you!

The ideal candidate for this role would have experience in IT support ideally around power platform support, sequel servers, business objects and power BI. The role is 50% IT operation support and 50% project delivery assisting with implementation of data and integration projects with a need to be prioritise their time.

We are looking for someone with a degree in a computer disciple and ideally 2 years’ experience in IT support and a proven interest and knowledge of data and technology.

The right candidate will be organised, able to prioritise workloads, demonstrate a keen eye for detail, show understanding of service level management / service delivery, and being a bit of a perfectionist would not hurt!

A knowledge and interest in the below would be an advantage:

• Alteryx
