IT Systems Manager required by a growing and highly reputable financial services company based in Cheshire. This is an ideal opportunity for a Lead Analyst/Developer with strong oracle experience to take their career to the next level. The ideal IT Systems Manager candidate will have meaningful team management experience coupled with a strong background in Oracle databases, a working knowledge of SQL server, Windows and Linux and strong software development experience using Oracle APEX and MS .NET. Naturally, confident communication and organisational skills are needed along with a willingness to push the division forward with solution led innovation, research and team coaching/external training.

Day to day tasks and responsibilities will include developing, designing and testing software systems. Allocating work for team members, the IT Systems Manager will also provide 3rd line support for general IT system issues or queries, while always on hand to support less experienced staff.
