Junior Finance Analyst Hybrid £30k – £35k Temp City of London

You will be working with a global management consultancy company who are looking to expand their team. This individual will work directly for one of their managers, leading several process improvement initiatives. They will support complex data gathering and analysis, building worksheets from various data sources and completing detailed audits and checks, under the guidance of the manager.
Your new role

Support regional Finance and HR teams with improvement initiatives related to payroll managementSupport audit of and reconciliation of historical payrolls to inform recommendations on improvement initiatives required to address issues/concernsAnalyse large sets of data to develop historical and forecasted payment profiles across employee groupsSupport the development of recommendations for simplified tracking of benefits and allowance balancesSupport Finance with the development of revised cash-flow forecast, accounting for new payment profiles developedInvolvement in additional transformation workstreams through analytics onWhat you’ll need to succeed
A recent graduate with 1-2 years’ experienceBSC degree in Account/finance or Engineering or Mathematics or similarVery analytical, strong attention to detail and ability to work with large quantities of dataAdvanced ability to use Excel and databasesProfessional attitude and ability to liaise with and influence internal stakeholdersAbility to work with confidential information and maintain data securityWhat you need to do now
