Location: London

Salary Range: £100,657 – £118,420

End Date: Saturday 07 September 2024

Working Pattern: Hybrid – at least two days per week in the London office.

About This Opportunity

We’re looking for a Lead Systems Data Mapper to join our International & CHAPS lab. Our team is responsible for over £10 trillion of CHAPS and cross-border payments every year. We are transforming the way that CHAPS and International Payments are made at Lloyds Banking Group.

In the Lead Systems Data Mapper Role, you will deliver high-quality customer-driven system interfaces while mentoring and supporting your Data mapping team.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with Product Owners, Platform Leads, Enterprise Architects & Engineers to create interfaces.
• Working in cross-disciplinary teams to deliver customer-driven solutions and high-quality interface mappings.
• Advocating for data transmitted within the interfaces and resolving impediments.
• Understanding industry standard interfaces APIs, JSON, XML/XSD, messaging technologies.
• Deep understanding of Payments Message formats ISO20022 and MT.
• Good understanding of Payments Schemes CBPR+, T2, CHAPS, SEPA.
• Leveraging modern technologies for efficient delivery.
• Coaching teams on interface mapping and new tools.

What You’ll Need:

• System Analyst Experience: Strong background in Systems Analysis and agile development.
• Payments: Experience in the Payments domain and technology ecosystem.
• Data Mapping: Experience with data mapping tools like Trace Transformer, Altova XML Spy.
• Agile Working: Ability to implement agile practices within the team.
• Leadership: Experience in providing technical and people leadership.
