My client is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to take the lead on their marketing strategy and execution. Based in Bristol, with the flexibility of hybrid working, this role offers the chance to create and manage impactful multi-channel campaigns that drive business growth and brand recognition. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives and boost brand awareness.
• Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
• Manage marketing budgets, track performance, and use data to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company-wide goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and support sales efforts.
• Oversee relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Manage content creation, including website updates, blogs, and promotional materials.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and reporting on key marketing metrics.
• Creative thinker with a strategic approach to campaign development and problem-solving.
• Experience managing budgets and working with external agencies.
• Previous experience in specific industry is an advantage but not essential.
