We are currently seeking an experienced, passionate, and talented Marketing Manager to join our recruitment agency on a part time basis, at Simpson Judge we exemplify our company values – reward, trust, human and quality. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow a marketing department for the business and be part of the strategic management team long term. Ultimately, you will help build and maintain a strong and consistent company brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
This is a part time role and based in our Preston head office, 25 hours per week over 4 days with a pro rata salary of c. 30,000 plus extremely competitive company benefits and rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about the company and drive qualified traffic to our social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, website)
Design and be responsible for successful marketing campaigns and their implementation from idea to execution.
Produce valuable and engaging content for the company website that attracts new candidates and clients.
Build strategic working relationships and partner with key industry peers.
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
Oversee and approve marketing material, including all social media content.
Measure and report in monthly management meeting on the performance of marketing campaigns
Requirements:
Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
Strong work ethic with a passionate and creative work ethic
Confident to take on a standalone role with a view to growing a marketing department in the future.
Full marketing mix experience (traditional and digital) – proven and demonstrated marketing experience is essential.
Up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices in online and offline marketing
Degree in Marketing or related field or qualified by experience
Professional services experience and an interest in recruitment (preferable)
