An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Data Consultancy for a MS Azure ML Ops Engineer. You will play a vital role in delivering operational, scalable data and AI solutions, giving technical guidance across a variety of projects. As an ML Ops Engineer, you will be a self-starter, keen to further develop your technical and consultancy experience in a rewarding and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement and maintain the ML platform and infrastructure required to enable deployment of ML and AI models at scale.
Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines for ML models with an efficient route to live from prototype to production.
Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain scalable ML tools and services in production environments to support training and inference.
Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track model performance.
Develop and maintain infrastructure for data collection, storage, and processing.
Own and develop process documentation and tools, support model development with an emphasis on auditability, versioning and data security.
Manage key relationships with client stakeholders, leveraging your institutional knowledge and expertise, and ensuring buy-in to the agreed strategies
Support the growth of our dynamic boutique consultancy across a wide variety of areas
Requirements:
Experience building ML and AI production solutions on Microsoft Azure preferably with certifications
Proficiency in Python and SQL
Spark engines (e.g. Databricks or Microsoft Fabric)
Orchestration tools (Azure Data Factory)
Infrastructure as Code tools (Azure DevOps, Terraform)
Understanding of CI/CD best practices and tools.
Confidence to challenge existing ways of working.
Identify innovative solutions that add real value to clients.
Strong grasp of detail and a hands-on’ approach.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to assess complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
Effective communication/interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
