• Salary: Circa £45,000

What You ll Be Doing:

• Lead the new product developmentprocess from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and bring cutting-edge products to life

• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful product launches

What We re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in new product development, preferably within a consumer goods or manufacturing environment
• Skills: Strong project management abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management
• Qualifications: Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with additional qualifications in product development being a plus
