As a Operations Analyst, you will be a key member of the Central Operations Team, working in close partnership with all team members to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency of the business. You will monitor, forecast and report productivity performance against operational KPI’s and support the business to ensure they are achieved.
You will work closely with the Head of Resourcing, Business Operations Manager and Assistant Director of Operations to provide critical insight and play a key role in helping the business to become more operationally aligned.

Alongside hybrid and flexible working options, you’ll find our Romsey site located within beautiful Hampshire countryside, close to the picturesque New Forest District and not far from a superb stretch of the south coast. This is no corporate concrete jungle; this is a manor house site, with ample parking an on-site gym and a driveway full of daffodils in the spring.
