People Insight Analyst

Salary – £30,000 to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Full time role.

Hybrid working model.

We’re looking for a People Insight Analyst to join our People Team, and help us to provide HR data analysis and insights.

You will collect, analyse and report on HR related data sets; such as employee engagement, performance, retention, diversity, resourcing and compensation in order for Welcome Break to make insights and recommendations that support the strategic goals and initiatives of the business

What will your role look like?

You will be responsible for:

• Data reporting and data analysis. Collating, analysing, reporting and presenting in the form of a monthly board report and regional reports
• Designing, developing and maintaining HR specific dashboards and databases using Power BI reports
• Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify HR data trends, patterns and correlations
• Extract meaningful insights form the data and identify trends

About you

Ideally we are looking for someone who is:

• Proficient in using data analytics tools and software such as Power BI and Excel
• Knowledge or background in HR processes, policies and best practice is key
• Prior experience in corporate hospitality and/or retail would be very advantageous
• HR data analysis experience is essential
