Key jobresponsibilities
– Become a subject matter expert in flowmanagement tools and processes, and how they interface with FCoperations.
– Carry out deep dive analysis intoimprovement opportunities, promoting and leading comprehensiveaction plans across multiple stakeholders.
– Partner withvaried stakeholder groups across multiple business areas and levelsof seniority. Communication of complex topics in an accessible wayis a critical element of the role.
– Track, communicate,and influence key performance indices such as customer risk,compliance with flow planning, and performance to site levelKPIs
– Take part in coaching initiatives to share yourknowledge of the area with operators, or train new PCS as part oftheir on-boarding.

A day in thelife
As a Process Control Specialist (PCS) you will beresponsible for the day-to-day management of flow standards in apartner Fulfillment Center (FC). You will work together withOperations leaders to plan, then execute a shift while escalatingrisks or standard work deviations to senior managers. The PCS isexpected act as a key advisor on all matters relating to customerfulfillment.
As part of this role you will need to beflexible to work on shift patterns including night, and weekendworking.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS – Youare proficient in English (European Framework level B2)
-You have a strong track record of communication skills acrossmultiple stakeholder groups.
– You are a problem solver,comfortable working with data to make criticaldecisions.

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS – Fluency in another Europeanlanguage
– Able to show experience working in remote /centralized teams
– Data science skills includingSQL
– You have excellent judgement, and be able to makedecisions under pressure.
– Ability to influence othersin pressured situations in pursuit of great outcomes.
-Problem solving and analytical skills, ability to analyse numericaldata points, and work with data to assess situations and takeappropriate action.
