Due to our continuous success and high demand from our customers, we are looking for a Product Director with a proven track record to join the Quantexa family.

Our Product Management team is growing, and growing fast. We are looking for a few exceptional leaders to form the core of the best team in the company (we’re obviously biased but genuinely believe this!). This is a great opportunity to lead the growth within our product team: right at the centre of our high-growth unicorn business.

What will I be doing?

• End-to-end ownership across the full product-lifecyle of a product, strategic objective, or key area of our platform, from setting strategy, goals and OKRs; initial discovery & research; validation & ideation; development and marketing; through to launch, driving adoption and tracking success in the market.
• As we expand, we’ve got a few key areas of our product strategy that need leading. These are high-level Themes or Objectives aligned to the company strategy. We need someone to own them. We’ve already got a strong business case in-place (with large validated market opportunity) and initial organisational alignment but want to be challenged on everything from vision to execution within each area.
• Aligning the company behind the vision for your area: doing whatever it takes to drive-out uncertainly and get people onboard. We believe in ‘full stack product management’. The code is not the product, it’s just part of it. Work with other product managers, solution and industry leads, engineering leadership, marketing & sales, project delivery, training, customer success and documentation, legal and commercial to get full the job done.
• Key to everything is ensuring solid product-market fit and clear strategic right-to-win at all stages of strategy and execution.
• Help scale the team through line management and hiring of product managers within your area.
• Senior members of the team are expected to play a strong role coaching and mentoring. We want to scale your expertise through the rest of the team and in still strong product thinking throughout. In doing this, we want to demonstrate through action a strong product culture across the company.
• Work with VP Product and product management leadership to contribute to the wider portfolio-level product strategy.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, analysts, the wider market and internal stakeholders to uncover unmet needs and validate your approach
• Prioritise which problems to work on first to create a strategic roadmap
• Work with engineering teams, project delivery teams and data scientists to ensure alignment with roadmap priorities
• Collaborate with commercial teams to set GTM packaging & pricing strategy, align legal and contracts and everything else needed to deliver a full product.
• Work closely with product marketing to articulate the value of the new offerings, create a launch plan and make the biggest impact in the market with your great work
• We’re not done there: product managers at Quantexa are fully accountable for the value their products deliver. This means you lead adoption, working through out customer success, sales and delivery teams to drive your products. Then measure the success through solid KPIs.

What we are looking for

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager in a high-growth technology environment, selling a commercial software product to paying customers
• A Proactive get-things-done attitude, using your initiative to provide innovative thinking and ideas and function effectively in highly dynamic environment.
• Smart. Quick thinking. Learn fast.
• You know how to get the best out of high-performing teams and are experienced managing other product managers

• A sound understanding of end-to-end product inception, development and release processes; strong product thinking
• Customer-facing experience in translating problems into products and capability in-line with product strategy;
• Solid commercial understanding gleaned from a relevant sector, e.g. enterprise software, banking, FinCrime, scaling services or operations teams through technology
• An ability to grasp the detail when needed, e.g., prioritizing capabilities or wrangling a P&L, alongside the ability to maintain and communicate the big picture view.

An ideal candidate would also have one or more of the following

• Enterprise product management experience
• Enterprise SaaS businesses
• Domain knowledge in one of our solution domains: Fincrime & AML / KYC / Data management / Customer intelligence / Risk
• Worked in start-ups/scale-ups;
