About the role:
A key role in building some of the most important features for our rapidly growing company, interfacing with a large number of people and all of the senior team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of backend, full stack engineers and designers to ship high quality products and features exceptionally fast
Take input from internal stakeholders and customers to build a prioritised roadmap which drives our business goals
Meet regularly with customers and users to understand their needs, and how we can craft stickier experiences
Iterate quickly on MVPs to deliver 10x better experiences for our customers
Understand internal workflows (logistics, operations, and sales) deeply to create internal tools which drive efficiency
Trade off investment in internal and external tools
Dive into data and optimise our data collection and analysis process to make better decisions.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of managing a high performing product squad in an early stage B2B company
Very strong SQL and BI tool skills (e.g. Looker, Metabase, Holistics)
Experience managing the build of internal tools to drive productivity
