About the role:

A key role in building some of the most important features for our rapidly growing company, interfacing with a large number of people and all of the senior team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of backend, full stack engineers and designers to ship high quality products and features exceptionally fast

• Take input from internal stakeholders and customers to build a prioritised roadmap which drives our business goals

• Meet regularly with customers and users to understand their needs, and how we can craft stickier experiences

• Iterate quickly on MVPs to deliver 10x better experiences for our customers

• Understand internal workflows (logistics, operations, and sales) deeply to create internal tools which drive efficiency

• Trade off investment in internal and external tools

• Dive into data and optimise our data collection and analysis process to make better decisions.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of managing a high performing product squad in an early stage B2B company

• Very strong SQL and BI tool skills (e.g. Looker, Metabase, Holistics)

• Experience managing the build of internal tools to drive productivity
